Executive Leadership Training that changes how your team actually operates
We work with senior leaders across Australian organisations to sharpen strategic thinking, resolve team friction, and build the kind of clarity that survives a quarterly board meeting. No motivational posters. Real capability shifts.
Each program targets a specific leadership challenge. We don't run generic workshops. Our facilitators design every session around your organisation's context, your team's dynamics, and the outcomes you need within a defined timeframe.
One-on-one executive coaching
Six to twelve sessions over three months, tailored to a single leader's goals. We focus on decision-making patterns, stakeholder management, and the specific behavioural shifts your board or CEO wants to see. Sessions run 75 minutes, either in person in Sydney or via secure video.
Leadership team intensives
A two-day off-site program for leadership teams of four to twelve people. We map your team's communication breakdowns, run real-time conflict resolution exercises, and leave you with a documented alignment plan. Held at your chosen venue or ours in New South Wales.
Strategic thinking workshops
Half-day sessions for groups of up to twenty. Participants work through scenario planning exercises, competitive positioning frameworks, and resource allocation models drawn from their own industry data. We run these monthly in rotating Australian cities.
Emerging leaders program
A ten-week cohort program for high-potential managers stepping into their first executive role. Covers financial literacy for leaders, board presentation skills, managing former peers, and building a personal leadership framework. Cohorts start quarterly with eight to fifteen participants each.
What we hear from organisations
Senior hires who excel technically but struggle to lead cross-functional teams
Strategy sessions that produce documents nobody references after the retreat
Leadership teams that avoid difficult conversations until they become crises
New executives who default to micromanagement because they lack confidence in delegation
Retention problems traced back to inconsistent management quality
What changes after working with us
Leaders run meetings that end with clear owners, deadlines and follow-up dates
Strategic plans connect to quarterly operating rhythms your team actually follows
Conflict surfaces early and gets resolved through structured conversation, not escalation
Delegation happens with defined authority levels, not vague handoffs
Manager effectiveness scores improve within two review cycles
How an engagement works
We keep the process straightforward. Most organisations move from first conversation to program launch in three to four weeks.
1
Discovery conversation
A 45-minute call where we learn about your organisation's structure, the leadership gaps you see, and the business outcomes you want the training to support. No sales pitch. We ask questions and listen.
2
Diagnostic and design
We interview key stakeholders, review any existing engagement or 360-degree data you can share, and build a program brief. This brief includes session topics, facilitation methods, timelines and pricing. You approve or adjust before we proceed.
3
Program delivery
Sessions are delivered by a lead facilitator with at least fifteen years of executive experience. Formats range from half-day workshops to multi-month coaching engagements. Every session includes practical exercises drawn from your organisation's real challenges.
4
Measurement and follow-through
We survey participants at program close and again at 90 days. You receive a written impact report showing behavioural shifts, capability gains, and recommendations for sustaining momentum. Optional follow-up coaching is available for individuals who want continued support.
Built by someone who has sat in the chair
Our lead facilitator spent eighteen years in operational leadership roles across financial services and infrastructure before founding Master Exec Leaders in 2016. He has held P&L responsibility for teams of over 200 people and reported directly to boards in both listed and private organisations.
That background shapes everything about our programs. We don't teach leadership theory in the abstract. We work from the assumption that every participant already knows what good leadership looks like. The gap is usually in execution: how to have the hard conversation on Tuesday morning, how to restructure a team without losing your best people, how to say no to a project the CEO loves.
Our facilitators hold credentials from the International Coaching Federation and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. More importantly, they have all led teams themselves.
Common questions
How much does a typical engagement cost?
One-on-one coaching packages start at $4,800 for six sessions. Team intensives range from $12,000 to $28,000 depending on group size and duration. We provide a fixed-price quote after the diagnostic phase so there are no surprises.
Do you work with organisations outside New South Wales?
Yes. We deliver programs across all Australian states. For interstate engagements, we combine on-site sessions with video-based coaching. Travel costs are included in the quoted price for capital cities; regional locations may carry a small surcharge.
What if our leaders are sceptical about training?
Scepticism is common and reasonable. We address it by making the first session entirely diagnostic rather than instructional. Participants describe their own challenges and priorities. Once they see that the program is built around their reality, resistance drops quickly.
Can you run programs for fewer than four people?
Absolutely. For small groups of two or three, we recommend our coaching format rather than a workshop structure. It allows deeper focus on individual development while still building shared language and practices across the group.
How do you measure results?
We use pre- and post-program surveys, 90-day follow-up interviews, and where possible we track organisational metrics like engagement scores, retention rates, or meeting effectiveness ratings. You receive a written report summarising all findings.
